Shahi Grill

Description

The Clay Oven Group has developed this unique product which combines several cooking methods to enable it to be used as a griddle, barbeque & Tandoori oven.

The unique nature of this product is brought about by the distance (50 cm) the heat source is situated from the grill plate. The heat produced by the gas burner is funneled up the insulated inner clay-linning thus preventing the food items from getting scorched by direct flames. Making this product ideal for barbequing fatty foods such as macrel, burgers and kebabs etc.

The feature of the clay-inner lining enables this product to work as a tandoori oven,
as well as a grill.

Cheap to run and easy to maintain, the Shahi Grill will increase the range of your menu at minimal cost.
