Description

The Clayoven Group has developed a modern version of this very traditional cooking facility. The Taftoon is designed to produce thin lavash type bread up to 500 mm in diameter. It is clean and easy to maintain and use.

Certifications

The Shahi Tandoor has been BSI inspected and CE approved to conform with all the various EEC gas supplies. Our ovens are also NSF and UL Canada approved conforming to both US and Canadian regulations respectively.
