Clayburn Fornette

Description

The clayburn fornette range has been introduced as the ultimate in stone hearth cooking, giving the maximum view of cooked product such as, pizzas and flat breads. The clay-domed roof is shaped so as to distribute the heat evenly and the exposed rear floating flame burner gives it an inviting warm glow.

This unit is designed to be rolled on to site with ease as a cross sectional profile would allow access through standard door sizes (810mm). The unit comes in two sizes, as can be seen in the technical PDF file.

The LPG version would house gas bottles within its base unit, thereby giving you a complete independent cooking facility in an external environment.

Certifications

The Clayburn Fornette has been BSI inspected and CE approved to conform with all the various EEC gas supplies.
